What is your policy on cancellations, rescheduling and refunds?
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds or Transfers: Confirmed payments cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for alternative offerings.
Rescheduling Notice: Requests to move your booking must be submitted at least 3 working days in advance (limit of one change per service, pending tutor schedule). Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals will forfeit the session.
Work in Progress: Personalized services cannot be canceled once document reviews, advice, or drafting has commenced. Should we need to postpone a session, we will reschedule at a mutually agreed time.
